After booking by phone, or mail, we send you a rental contract that you must send back to us within 8 days with a 25% booking deposit by International transfer.
Total amount or balance is to be paid one month before beginning of the rental week
Service charges *** included :
*Electricity included up to 8 kwh/day or 56 kwh per week
* Heating(electric heater in each room) included in free electricity up to 8 kwh/day or 56 kwh per week
* in winter fixed price for electricity and heating : 50 €
* butane gas included (for cooking and water-heating)
* Wood for wood cooker included
* Water included
* Internet connexion included (with your own computer)
When you arrive you give a deposit of 240 € (for damages and detailed phone bill) that we return to you when you have left.
